• We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.
• We ship through registered courier companies for both domestic and international orders.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Domestic Orders: Delivered within 2 weeks.
• International Orders: Delivered within 3 weeks.

• Each piece is made to order to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship. As a result, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your order to be fulfilled. and cancellations are only eligible within 12 hours of purchase.

Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.

3. Duties and Taxes for International Orders

• Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in your order total. They are charged over and above any shipping and handling fees at checkout.
• Duties on imported goods vary by country and product type. You will be required to pay applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agent (DHL, FedEx, etc.) upon delivery, based on the invoice provided by the shipping agent at port entry.
