Fate Clothing 14-Day Returns Policy

At Fate Clothing, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.Eligibility for Returns

  •  To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns. Exchange or gift card only.

2.Return Shipping

  •  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you opt for self-shipping, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.

3.Inspection and Approval

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
  •  If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary depending on your financial institution..

Fate Clothing reserves the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

The following categories are 'on-demand services' created specifically for you, so we’re unable to offer returns or refunds.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
